Our tanks are constructed from high strength materials to ensure a long service life with minimal maintenance. The design prioritizes both structural integrity and water safety.

• Heavy-Gauge Steel Structure: The tank walls are made from 1.5mm galvanized steel sheets that are bolted together on-site. This corrugated design provides exceptional strength and rigidity.
• Heavy-Duty HDPE Liner: The tank is made fully waterproof with a heavy-gauge, UV-resistant High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) liner. This creates a protective barrier that prevents any direct contact between the water and the steel, effectively stopping rust and corrosion from the inside. This liner is also easy to repair should it get damaged.
• Clean Water Storage: The HDPE liner is non-toxic and chemically resistant, making it suitable for storing clean water for domestic use, irrigation, or livestock, as well as for managing dirty water or effluent.
• Durable Roofing: Each tank is fitted with a durable Aluzinc roofing sheet to protect the stored water from contamination, reduce evaporation, and prevent algae growth.

• Foundation: The tanks are installed on a basic block ring foundation, which provides a stable and level base.
